Job Purpose
The Banker, Business will support the Manager Acquisition with day-to-day administrative, sales, operational and credit-management functions.
The role will also:
- Ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
- Serve as a central, office-based contact point for clients.
- Provide effective sales and service fulfilment.
- Support achievement of business segment targets.
- Assist with account management, credit and client-related processes.
Key Experience Required
Candidates should have 3–4 years of experience in Relationship Banking / Client Coverage, particularly within Business & Commercial Banking.
Relevant experience includes:
- Working as an Account Analyst with exposure to lending principles.
- Sales and client servicing.
- Back-office Account Support.
- Customer Service Support.
- Processing client queries and requests.
- Credit or Retail Credit Collections.
- Completing credit applications.
- Relevant intermediary experience in respect of FAIS.
