To drive the acquisition, growth, and retention of PPB clients through reactive and proactive identification of sales opportunities and offering tailored banking solutions that meet customer needs. To actively promote and cross-sell the bank’s products and services, including accounts, loans, investments, and digital platforms. To achieve branch sales targets, deepen client relationships, and enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce, Banking, Business Administration or a related field
Experience Required
Client Coverage
Personal and Private Banking
3-4 years’ experience in direct sales, preferably in financial services. Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
