Job Summary

The Direct Sales Agent will support the growth of Retail Banking liability products (deposits) at the branch level. This role focuses on driving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service through proactive outreach and activation.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Identify and meet customer needs by selling liability and deposit products to achieve sales targets.

• Lead Management: Provide direct sales support through high-quality lead generation and consistent follow-ups to convert leads into active accounts.

• Activations & Campaigns: Actively participate in branch sales activations and promotional campaigns.

• Digital Onboarding: Ensure all newly onboarded customers are active and connected to NBC’s digital banking channels.

• Account Opening & Compliance: Complete account opening procedures in line with NBC Bank policies, strictly adhering to KYC, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and operational risk guidelines.

• General Duties: Carry out any additional related tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Minimum of Form Four (CSEE), Certificate, Diploma, or Degree.

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.

• Industry Knowledge: Prior understanding or knowledge of banking products is required.

• Drive & Accountability: Highly sales-driven, results-oriented, and capable of taking individual accountability within a team context.

• Organization & Initiative: Exceptionally organized, self-motivated, and adept at prioritizing tasks with strong follow-up habits.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
