About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Main Duties

• Review and follow up on open accounts to facilitate repayment collection.
• Collect loan repayments according to agreed repayment schedules.
• Conduct customer due diligence and maintain accurate Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Manage front-desk responsibilities and assist with administrative duties.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Performance Targets (KPIs)

The successful candidate will be expected to achieve monthly targets relating to:

• Loan disbursements.
• Loan collections and repayments.
• New customer acquisition.
• Active customer growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should have:

• High School education.
• Previous experience in microfinance or financial services is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Strong customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-driven, dependable, and results-oriented personality.
• Basic computer skills.
• A smartphone is an added advantage.
