OPEN POSITION (1): FINANCE OFFICER

Key Qualifications

• Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting and finance operations.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial software.
• Experience in the procurement and supply industry will be an advantage.
• Experience in statutory and compliance matters.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong strategic planning and organizing skills.
• Excellent report-writing and data-management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Practical experience using Xero accounting software is required.
• Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Experience in bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
• Experience in invoicing, payment processing, receipts, and expense management.
• Knowledge of general ledger management.
• Experience in preparing cash flow reports and financial reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Good knowledge of cash management and payment processes.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
