About the Consultancy

Restless Development Tanzania is seeking an experienced consultant to develop a practical, youth-friendly and accessible guideline on Artificial Intelligence (AI) for young people aged 15–35.

As AI becomes increasingly integrated into young people’s everyday lives—from education and research to creativity, communication and employment—there is a growing need for accessible guidance that helps young people understand AI, use it responsibly and critically assess the information it generates.

The guideline will explore key issues including:

• AI literacy
• Digital safety
• Privacy
• Misinformation
• Bias
• Responsible AI use
• Education
• Employment
• The future of work

The resource should use relatable examples, practical tips, reflection questions and real-life scenarios to make the content accessible and useful to young people.
