Job Summary

The Lead Generator will provide specialist advice and support for day-to-day work in order to execute predefined objectives in accordance with agreed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce Absa Bank’s product features to potential customers.
• Ensure that customers present all required documentation in accordance with product specifications.
• Certify all customer documentation and ensure completion of all necessary documentation.
• Forward customer applications to the Sales Manager for checking before submission.
• Ensure safe custody of customer documentation under their care and protect confidential customer information.
• Advise customers on the status of their applications.
• Collect market and competitor information from the field and provide this information to Lead Generator (LG) leadership to support improvements to Absa products.
• Ensure awareness of the channels through which customers can contact the bank to provide feedback or submit complaints.

Education

• Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce and Management Studies – Required.

• Ability to communicate product information clearly to potential customers.
• Ability to collect and communicate relevant market and competitor information.
