GSM Group of Companies is hiring an HR Officer.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employee relations, recruitment, and general HR administration.
• Experience working in a steel manufacturing industry or a similar manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
