Job Summary

Provide specialist advice and support for day-to-day work in order to execute predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs). The role has a compensation and benefits impact in Tanzania (ABT).

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce Absa Bank’s product features to potential customers.
• Ensure that customers present all the required documentation according to the product specifications.
• Certify all customer documentation and ensure completion of all necessary documentation.
• Forward customer applications to the Sales Manager for checking before submission.
• Ensure safe custody of customer documentation under their care and protect customer confidential information.
• Advise customers of the status of their applications.
• Collect market and competitor information from the field and provide this to Lead Generator (LG) leadership with a view to improving products.
• Be aware of the channels through which customers can contact the bank to share feedback or complaints.

Education

• Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies – Required
