SBC Tanzania Limited is a leading beverage company engaged in the manufacturing, distribution, and sale of PepsiCo brands across Tanzania. The company is looking for CR Cum Drivers to join its Mbeya Plant team and contribute to sales growth, distribution, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and Maintain Vehicles

• Drive company vehicles responsibly and ensure they are properly maintained.
• Report any vehicle damage immediately to the relevant authorities.

Achieve Sales Targets

• Deliver the required monthly sales volume within the assigned area.
• Identify and open new customer accounts to grow sales.

Serve and Grow Customer Accounts

• Service all assigned accounts regularly.
• Improve product distribution and availability.
• Effectively utilize promotional materials to support sales growth.

Maintain Cash and Stock Accuracy

• Ensure zero shortages involving cash, full products, or empty containers.
• Prepare accurate daily sales reports.
• Maintain proper accountability for all sales and stock handled.

Entry Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• Must hold a Class C or Class E driving licence from a recognized institution.

Required Work Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a related field.

How Success Will Be Measured

Performance will be assessed based on:

• Proper and responsible driving of the company vehicle.
• Achievement of monthly sales volume targets.
• Timely reporting of vehicle damages.
• No cash, full products, or empty-container shortages.
• Accuracy of daily sales reports.
• Growth in the number of new customers.
