iRiS Construction and Trading W.L.L. is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join its team at the Zanzibar Branch.

Vacant Positions

1. Site Engineer

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, supervision, and coordination.
• Ability to manage site activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.

2. Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Relevant experience in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, BOQ, cost estimation, valuation, and variations.
• Good understanding of project cost control and commercial documentation.

3. Document Controller

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of document control systems and project documentation.
• Responsible for maintaining, tracking, distributing, and archiving project documents.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Candidates

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
