The Residence Zanzibar is inviting qualified and experienced candidates to join its team as a Guest Relations Officer.
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with PMS OPERA is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
- Confident and able to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
