Platinum Credit Ltd is hiring qualified candidates for the position of LBF Field Sales Team Leader to support its sales operations in Zanzibar.

Basic Job Functions

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Recruiting, training, and coaching the Sales Team.
2. Ensuring the team achieves its sales targets.
3. Ensuring the portfolio performs within the company’s required standards.
4. Ensuring timely submission of reports.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. At least an Ordinary Diploma in Business Administration or any business-related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
3. Proficiency in computer applications.

Candidates should possess:

1. Ability to coach, lead, and manage a team.
2. Good customer care skills.
3. Analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
4. Good problem-analysis and problem-solving skills.
