Job Purpose

The Head, Ecosystem will be responsible for driving the consistent implementation of the Ecosystems strategy and toolbox across the country in order to aggressively grow the client base.

The role will also be responsible for effectively engaging and leveraging all business units to unlock value chains and ensure the delivery of an integrated financial services organisation.

Qualifications

Academic Qualifications

• Type of Qualification: First Degree
• Field of Study: Business Commerce or a related field

Experience Required

Ecosystems – Business & Commercial Banking

• Experience: 5–7 years
• Strong business banking expertise and a solid understanding of existing products and processes.
• Experience identifying key drivers of income and cost lines.
• Experience using data to create insights that shape proposition design and client offerings across multiple segments.
