Platinum Credit Ltd is hiring a qualified and experienced candidate for the position of SME Team Leader / SME Senior Loan Officer to support its SME sales operations in Dar es Salaam.

Basic Job Functions

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Ensuring the smooth running of branch operations.
2. Providing overall direction for team targets and budgets.
3. Achieving monthly targets.
4. Monitoring daily repayments for all Assistant Loan Officers.
5. Ensuring the team follows a clear direction and motivating the team towards greater productivity.
6. Ensuring high ethical standards are maintained.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must possess:

1. Diploma in Business Administration or any business-related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
3. Proficiency in computer applications.

Key Skills and Competencies

Candidates should possess:

1. Ability to coach, lead, and manage a team.
2. Good customer care skills.
3. Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
4. Good problem-analysis and problem-solving skills.
