About the Role

Akiba Commercial Bank Plc is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven HR professional to lead our people agenda and drive organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession management.
Drive performance management, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
Oversee employee relations, compensation, benefits, and labour law compliance.
Champion learning, leadership development, and talent retention.
Provide strategic HR advisory support to Management.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field (Relevant master’s degree and professional certification are an additional advantage).
Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
