Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Supervise daily workshop activities, workflow, and technical staff to ensure efficient project execution.
• Logistics & Procurement: Coordinate workshop logistics, parts procurement, and supply chain activities to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintenance Oversight: Oversee routine servicing, preventive maintenance schedules, and major repairs for heavy machinery & vehicles.
• Quality & Safety Control: Ensure all work meets strict quality standards and that workshop safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Team Coordination: Manage daily task allocations, coordinate with field teams, and maintain clear maintenance logs and records.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 12+ years of proven hands-on experience in a similar field, including workshop management.
• Qualifications: Minimum degree in Automotive Engineering.
• Leadership Skills: Strong supervisory capabilities with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of heavy equipment maintenance, spare parts coordination, and workshop logistics.
