Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced EdTech Sales Specialist to drive sales of our ShuleApp School Management System. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling software solutions to schools, educational institutions, or similar environments. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, building relationships, demonstrating product value, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads for ShuleApp among schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in educational institutions.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions using ShuleApp.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on client needs and market trends.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to promote ShuleApp and expand network.
Job Requirement
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in selling software or EdTech solutions to schools or educational institutions.
- Strong understanding of the education sector and its challenges.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders (principals, IT staff, administrators).
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Ability to conduct product demos and training sessions for clients.
