Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist to promote and sell our wide range of IT products and services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with proven experience in B2B IT sales, capable of delivering measurable results rather than just promises.

You will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, conducting product/service presentations, and closing sales deals across multiple service lines, including IT infrastructure, software systems, cybersecurity, digital marketing, and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads for YanaCorp products and services, including:
    • Digital & Web Services: Domain registration, web hosting, email hosting, bulk SMS, email marketing, website design, web system development, mobile app development.
    • Software Solutions: HRM, CRM, POS, Analytics, Advocate, HMS, custom systems.
    • IT & Cybersecurity Services: Managed cybersecurity, IT support, cyber awareness training.
    • Digital Marketing & Media Services: Online campaigns, social media, SEO, content marketing.
  • Conduct product and service demonstrations, presentations, and consultations for prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collect and report market and competitor intelligence to guide business strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align client needs with solutions.
  • Represent YanaCorp at events, trade shows, and workshops to promote services.

Job Requirement

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience in selling IT services, software solutions, or digital products.
  • Strong knowledge of technology solutions for businesses, including web services, software systems, and digital marketing.
  • Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting, and lead management.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with teams.
