Jubilee Life Insurance is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the position of Unit Manager in the Southern Highlands Zone. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales agents, develop client relationships, drive sales performance, and support customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prospect for new clients and close sales, including group onboarding and activation.
2. Service existing clients and support policy renewals and customer retention.
3. Recruit, train, coach, and manage Sales Agents within the assigned unit to ensure productivity.
4. Ensure accurate Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and compliance with required procedures.
5. Maintain discipline and submit weekly reports to the Agency Manager.
6. Monitor team performance and drive the achievement of weekly and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

1. A diploma or degree in any field.
2. At least one year of sales experience. Experience in field sales, agency sales, banking, or microfinance will be an added advantage.
3. Possession of a Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is an added advantage.
4. Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
5. Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and lead a sales team in a target-driven environment.
6. High levels of integrity, discipline, accountability, and customer focus.

Remuneration

The position offers a salary-based remuneration package with performance incentives.
