Key Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional customer service during check-in, check-out, and throughout each guest’s stay.
2. Respond promptly, efficiently, and courteously to guest enquiries and requests.
3. Handle reservation enquiries received by telephone and email in a timely and professional manner.
4. Maintain professionalism and comply with procedures relating to guest confidentiality and company policies.
5. Perform front office operational tasks, including securing payments and issuing room keys.
6. Follow established procedures for credit and cash transactions and accurately post relevant charges to guest accounts.
7. Support guest bookings and reservations with accuracy and attention to detail.
8. Build positive and memorable relationships with guests and hotel team members.
9. Contribute to the smooth operation of the front office and the overall guest experience.
