General Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a college qualification at diploma level or above.
• Be able to communicate effectively in both English and Swahili.
• Have at least one year of sales experience.
• Be hardworking, self-motivated, and committed to achieving targets.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should also demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies:

• A bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certificate in Business Administration or a related field.
• Sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and sales-closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A results-driven and customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
