Head of Business Intelligence & Digital Analytics – Yas

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Digital Analytics, Data Science, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing analytics teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s Business Intelligence (BI) and Digital Analytics strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise-wide dashboards, scorecards, and management reports.
• Ensure timely delivery of business performance reports and executive insights.
• Support product, marketing, and commercial teams through customer and market analytics.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve business performance.
• Lead customer segmentation, churn prediction, revenue forecasting, and behavioral analytics projects.
• Lead, coach, and develop Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Data Science teams.
