Job Purpose

The Private Banking Relationship Manager will be responsible for growing, maintaining and retaining a portfolio of private banking customers in line with the bank’s segment value propositions, initiatives and activities. The role aims to create value for both clients and the bank through effective relationship management, financial advisory services and business development.

Qualifications and Education

• Minimum Education: First Degree.
• Fields of Study: Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications and Certifications:

• CISI (Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment).
• CFP (Certified Financial Planner).
• Certified Securities & Investment certification.

Required Experience

1. Affluent Clients – Personal and Private Banking

Experience Required: 5–7 years

Candidates should have experience in the following areas:

• Sales and customer service.
• Relationship management.
• Credit applications.
• Financial acumen.
• A proven sales track record in the financial services industry.

2. Personal Investment Advisory, Wealth Management and Financial Markets

Experience Required: 3–5 years
