We are looking for a qualified, experienced, and strategic leader to head our Connectivity & Services function. The successful candidate will drive business growth, develop innovative connectivity and digital service solutions, optimize product portfolios, and enhance customer experience.

1. Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• A Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage.

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Telecommunications, ICT, Enterprise Solutions, or Digital Services.

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, managing product portfolios, connectivity solutions, or technology services.

2. Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Connectivity & Services strategy in alignment with the organization’s commercial objectives.

• Identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities within connectivity, digital, and managed service portfolios.

• Take ownership of the product roadmap for connectivity and digital service offerings.

• Continuously optimize portfolio performance using customer insights and market intelligence.

• Enhance customer experience across all connectivity and service offerings.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Connectivity & Services team.

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and customer focus.
