The Vodacom Graduate Trainee / Internship Programme is a 12-month fixed-term contract designed to provide hands-on workplace experience. It offers young talent the opportunity to gain valuable work experience, explore career paths, and network with industry professionals while earning an income. This programme serves as Vodacom’s primary talent pipeline for transition into permanent roles as opportunities arise.

Eligibility & Entry Requirements
Candidates must meet all of the following criteria to be considered:

Nationality: Must be a Tanzanian citizen.

Age Limit: Must be 26 years old or younger.

Experience: Fresh graduate or a graduate with less than 2 years of working experience.

Academic Performance: Must possess a minimum of Upper-Second Class Degree (3.5 GPA / 2:1 equivalent) or higher.
