About the Position

Nice Catering Co. Ltd is inviting applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Human Resources Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating HR operations, supporting employee welfare and ensuring compliance with Tanzanian labour laws and regulations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including candidate selection, onboarding and employee inductions.

• Maintain employee records, HR databases, leave records and attendance registers.

• Support monthly payroll processing and administration of employee benefits.

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases and disciplinary hearings.

• Ensure compliance with Tanzanian labour laws and statutory requirements, including NSSF and WCF obligations.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Experience in the mining or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

• Must be willing to work at a mine site in Mwanza.

• Fluency in both English and Kiswahili.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and regulations.

• High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
