Here are the tasks you will assist with 

• Schedule daily posts on all social platforms.
• Upload and format content using the provided templates and captions.
• Organize and label content assets.
• Reply to basic comments/messages following brand guidelines.
• Upload and format blog posts in WordPress (Elementor).
• Update website images, galleries, and content as instructed.
• Prepare alt text, meta descriptions, and basic SEO elements.
• Assist in preparing weekly newsletters (Zoho Campaigns / Profitroom).
• Upload content and follow existing templates.
• Clean and update email lists (remove duplicates, correct formatting, tag lists).
• Organize photos and videos from content creators.
• Name files according to branding standards.
• Keep all brand folders updated.
• Pull weekly data from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Analytics, and Metricool.
• Prepare simple dashboards or screenshots for monthly reports.
• Track post-performance and report top-performing posts.
• Organize files in Google Drive.
• Prepare simple documents or content drafts when needed.
• Assist with research (competitors, content ideas, travel trends).

Qualifications

•  A diploma/degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
•  Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
