Taifa Gas Tanzania Limited (TAIFA GAS) started as Mihan Gas Company Limited (MIHAN GAS). The company was incorporated in the United Republic of Tanzania in 2005 with certificate of incorporation number 52508, as a limited company under the Companies Ordinance (Cap 212), The Company spent two years in its initial business startup investment in Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and eventually commenced business in 2008. In 2017, the company was acquired by new shareholders and subsequently, in 2019, the company name changed from Mihan Gas Company Limited to Taifa Gas Company Limited to reflect company’s new Vision and Mission. Taifa Gas Tanzania Limited operates under Taifa Gas and Mihan Gas brands as observed through its LPG cylinders and other related equipment.
Taifa Gas has other 20 operating depots in Mwanza, Mbeya, Moshi, Dodoma, Singida, Morogoro, Iringa, Kahama, Kigoma, Songea, Njombe, Manyara, Bukoba, Geita, Tabora, Musoma, Arusha, Sumbawanga, Tanga and Shinyanga. Two depots Mwanga and Lindi are in final stages of construction.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business related fields.

3+ years sales experience.

Age: 25-28.

Excellent oral and written communication.

Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products.

Ability to meet deadlines and strong time-management skills.

Detail oriented, self-starter with a resourceful attitude.

Well-articulated and organized.

Provide high level customers care services.

Should be dedicated and hardworking.

Strong problem solving skills.

Should be a person of high integrity, team player and self-initiative.

Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.

Valid driving license + able to drive manual sales truck.

Flexible and adaptable.
