Key Responsibilities

Implement Client retention strategies to enhance loyalty and renewals.
Manage Corporate, SME, and individual clients relationship and customers inquiries and complaints professionally.
Prepare and analyze retention reports and KPIs.
Use CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce) and data to improve client experience.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data privacy.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2–3 years’ experience in customer relationship management (insurance or healthcare is a plus).
Strong communication, analytic, and problem-solving skills and Experience with CRM and MS Office.
