Key Responsibilities

Supervise receipt, inspection, and recording of incoming goods.

Ensure proper storage, labeling and arrangement of items for easy retrieval.

Monitor stock levels and initiate timely requisitions for replenishment.
-
Ensure compliance with store procedures, safety standards and company policies.
-
Implement inventory rotation to minimize losses and expiries.
-
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly store reports.
-
Report stock variance, damage and obsolete items to management.
-
Supervise storekeepers, loaders and helpers.
-
Liaise with procurement, finance and user departments to coordinate and fulfill stock requirements.

Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain or related field.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in store or warehouse supervision.
-
Professional certification such as PSPTB is an added advantage.

Hands-on experience with inventory management systems (ERP, Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
