Role Overview
Neelkanth Salt Limited is seeking a qualified, motivated, and organized professional to join their team in a dual capacity as a Receptionist and Logistic Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office: Manage operations and receive visitors professionally.
Communication: Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and general correspondence.
Logistics: Coordinate dispatches, deliveries, and all related documentation.
Administration: Maintain records, filing systems, and monitor office supplies.
Task Support: Assist with various administrative and logistics-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Office Management, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in reception or logistics is considered an added advantage.
Language: Proficiency in both English and Swahili.
Technical Skills: Computer literacy, specifically in MS Office applications.
Professionalism: Must be well-organized, presentable, and capable of multitasking.
Work Ethic: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
