Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Telecommunications
• 5 years of experience in BI, reporting, or telecom analytics
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel; experience with GIS tools is a plus

Core Responsibilities

• Data Ownership & Governance: Ensure a clean, accurate single source of truth across systems, including data from vendors and contractors
• BI Architecture & Reporting: Develop and maintain automated dashboards for business, financial, operational, and customer performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BI outputs with business objectives
• Process Optimization & Automation: Automate manual reporting processes and improve visibility across build-to-activation workflows
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for BI development and analytics

Competencies

• Technical Proficiency
• Strong understanding of Fiber broadband KPI’s and Commercial Metrics
• Analytical rigor with a strong sense of business impact
• Experience in telecom or ISP industry preferred
