Job Summary

• Position: Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager

• Location: Rock City Mall, Mwanza, Tanzania

Role Summary

The role involves visually communicating Mevanti Energy’s impact through design, 3D visuals, video content, and digital storytelling. This position combines creative production with digital brand management to ensure a premium and consistent presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Production

• Design high-quality marketing materials including flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and presentations.

• Create brand-consistent visuals and infographics explaining solar systems, ESS, and EV charging.

• Support internal departments with professional visual assets.

3D Design & Visualization

• Create 3D renders and animations for residential and commercial solar systems, energy storage (BESS), and EV charging stations.

• Develop office and showroom concepts.

• Produce site visuals and system layouts for client presentations.

Video Creation & Editing

• Plan, shoot, and edit videos for project showcases, installation progress, and brand storytelling.

• Create motion graphics and animated explainers.

• Optimize video formats for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow Mevanti Energy’s social media platforms.

• Create and execute monthly content calendars and write engaging captions.

• Monitor analytics, engagement, and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Strong experience with 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, or similar).

• Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite, etc.).

• Basic photography and videography skills (advantage).

Professional Skills

• Strong eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.

• Ability to turn technical energy concepts into simple, compelling visuals.

• Excellent time management and problem-solving mindset.

Added Advantages

• Experience in renewable energy, engineering, or construction sectors.

• Knowledge of UI/UX design or drone videography.

• Copywriting or basic animation skills.
