Human Resources Manager
Position: Human Resources Manager Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania Application Deadline: 15th January 2026
About the Role Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead all people-related functions. This role requires experience managing large, operational workforces, particularly drivers, mechanics, and logistics staff. Motto: “Build the people, power the vehicle.”
Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.

Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention of drivers, technical staff, and management.

Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Oversee performance management systems, appraisals, and staff development plans.

Ensure full compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.

Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, and workforce data management.

Drive training programs, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Advise senior management on workforce planning and organizational structure.
Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5–7 years’ HR management experience, preferably in logistics or transport.

Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
