About the Role
Join a dynamic team as an HR Manager in the Transportation & Logistics sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader to oversee all aspects of human resources, office administration, and compliance while managing a diverse workforce.
Core Responsibilities

Ensure strict compliance with company regulations and office administration.

Review employment and working conditions regularly for legal compliance.

Maintain accurate employee records and track attendance.

Oversee payroll and submit reports to the CFO.

Manage full employment lifecycle: recruitment, interviews, hiring, and termination.

Create onboarding plans and implement training programs.

Provide counseling on company policies and resolve workplace disputes.

Monitor staff behavior and support disciplinary actions.

Liaise between drivers, operations personnel, and senior management.

Coordinate emergency response within the workforce or office.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
Proven experience in HR management, preferably in transportation or logistics.

Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance.

Excellent communication skills to bridge field staff and management.
-
High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive data.
-
A good understanding of ISO standards for environment, safety, and quality is an added advantage.
