We are one of the leading tipper truck operators in Tanzania Based in Dar Es Salaam, having a fleet of 480 well maintained trucks pulling 3-Axle Tipping trailers for bulk and bagged cargo And 50 trucks pulling flat bed trailers for Containerised and Bagged cargo with loading capacity of 30-32 tons.100% of our fleet consists of brand new trucks and trailers which give us the competitive edge and make our services more reliable, All trucks fitted with latest GPS tracking facilities and are monitored round the clock.
JOB VACANCY: HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (2 POSITIONS)
Industry: Logistics & Transportation.
We are seeking qualified and experienced Human Resources Officers to join our team in the following locations:
1.HR Officer – Head Office (HQ), Dar es Salaam (1 Position)
2.HR Officer – Lugoba Yard (1 Position).
Minimum Requirements (Both Positions):
▪︎Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
▪︎Minimum of 2+years’ HR experience, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
▪︎Good knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws
▪︎Strong communication and interpersonal skills
▪︎Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Specific Requirements – HQ (Dar es Salaam):
▪︎Strong understanding of payroll processing, statutory deductions, and compliance.
▪︎Experience handling employee records, contracts, leave management, and HR reporting.
▪︎Ability to support recruitment, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
Key HR Duties (Both Positions):
▪︎Manage employee records and HR documentation.
▪︎Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
▪︎Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters
▪︎Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
▪︎Coordinate training and staff welfare activities.
