As a Junior System Integrator, you will work alongside senior engineers to support the deployment and integration of call‑Centre platforms, VoIP systems, and CRM solutions such as Odoo.
- Assist with configuration of VoIP features (extensions, SIP accounts, call queues, IVR).
- Support CRM integration tasks including click‑to‑dial, screen‑pop, and call‑log automation.
- Participate in API‑based integrations (REST, webhooks) under guidance.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of softphones, agent desktops, and call quality issues.
- Run test cases for call flows, IVR, and CRM workflows.
- Prepare technical notes, diagrams, and configuration documentation.
- Support project delivery tasks and contribute to customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of configurations, issues, and change requests.
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
- 0–2 years experience in VoIP, CRM support, networking, or IT systems (internships welcome).
- Basic understanding of SIP, RTP, IP networking, and softphone tools.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Odoo preferred, but any CRM experience is a bonus).
- Interest in APIs, integrations, and automation scripting.
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and eagerness to learn
- Exposure to PBX platforms (Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX, Cisco, Webex).
- Basic Python or Linux command‑line skills.
- Experience in IT support for call‑Centre or helpdesk environments
