Job Summary

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Account Executive who thrives in the fast-paced world of construction or manufacturing. If you speak the language of Tally ERP and love balancing books as much as building relationships, this role is your chance to shine!
What You’ll Do

Crunch numbers and keep accounts spotless using Tally.

Manage invoices, payments, and client accounts like a pro.

Partner with project teams to align finances with big builds and bold ideas.

Keep us compliant, audit-ready, and financially sharp.

Be the go-to person for clients and stakeholders when it comes to money matters.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports using Tally and other accounting tools.

Manage client accounts, invoicing, and payment tracking.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Collaborate with project teams in construction/manufacturing to align financial operations with business goals.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Assist in audits, reconciliations, and financial reviews.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 5 years as an Account Executive (Construction or Manufacturing sector preferred).

Tech Savvy: Hands-on expertise with Tally ERP and other accounting software.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Attributes: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently or as a team.
