Position Overview
The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing project activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards in line with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities

Supervision: Manage day-to-day project operations in Mwanza or Pemba.

Coordination: Act as a liaison between project staff, stakeholders, and partners.

Monitoring: Track progress and prepare comprehensive regular reports.

Compliance: Ensure all activities align with organizational policies and procedures.

Support: Facilitate problem-solving and strategic decision-making at the project level.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Diploma in Project Management, Business Administration, Community Development, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project supervision or coordination.

Skills: Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Attributes: Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.

Flexibility: Must be willing to be based in Mwanza or Pemba.
