Key responsibilities
The Retail Sales Representative will be responsible for the following duties:

Visiting the market daily to sell company products

Identifying, sourcing, and acquiring new customers

Promoting and selling products to retailers and end customers
-
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
-
Collecting customer orders and ensuring timely product delivery
-
Ensuring proper product display in the market
-
Collecting payments and submitting them in line with company procedures
-
Preparing and submitting sales reports (daily and weekly)
-
Handling customer complaints and providing feedback to management
-
Participating in sales promotions and marketing campaigns
-
Adhering to company policies and work ethics
