The Opportunity

Elewana Collection is looking for passionate individuals to join our 2026 Apprenticeship Programme for Tanzania. This is a unique opening for aspiring guides to learn from the best in the industry and develop their skills in a world-class environment.

Requirements:

• Age: 20 – 35 years old.

• Licensing: Valid Class C driver’s license.

• Education: Tertiary education relating to guiding or nature conservation.

• Availability: Must be available to join our full year/season program.
