About the Position

The Client Relation Officer (CRO) is responsible for identifying and developing new clients while building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. The role focuses on understanding client needs, supporting effective service delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction, continuity of service, and sustained engagement.

The CRO serves as a key liaison between clients and the organization and represents the company in a professional, ethical, and consistent manner at all times.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and develop new clients within the assigned territory.
Build, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with existing clients.
Promote awareness of the organization’s laboratory services using approved marketing tools and materials.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, follow-ups, and support.
Utilize designated sales, marketing, and client management tools to plan, track, and report client engagement activities.
Support the resolution of client service issues in collaboration with customer service and internal teams.
Conduct regular client visits to ensure engagement and continuity of service.
Collect, document, and share client feedback to support continuous service improvement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and activities.
Prepare and submit routine activity and performance reports.
Attend meetings, conferences, and industry events as required, representing the organization professionally and ethically.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager or Management.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a health-related field, such as:
- Clinical Medicine
- Nursing
- Pharmacy
- Public Health
- Medical Laboratory Sciences
A Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 2–5 years’ relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Client relations, sales, or marketing within the healthcare sector
- Medical laboratories, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, medical supplies, or health insurance
Previous experience in a field-based role is an added advantage.
