Position: Sales Account Manager

Computer Centre is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to drive IT product sales, manage client accounts, and support business growth initiatives. This role requires strong sales skills, client relationship management, and the ability to deliver timely IT solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sell IT products and manage proposals, tenders, and key accounts
  • Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for customers
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring timely solution delivery
  • Grow business within existing accounts and generate new leads
  • Forecast sales and report on performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and resolve client issues
  • Participate in training, development, and relevant certifications

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in selling IT solutions and managing client accounts
  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets
