Job Summary & Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is to support sales strategy management for trade finance, value chain programs, and working capital solutions for Corporate and Commercial clients.

Core Duties

• Sales Pipeline Management: Identify and pursue new-to-bank leads and cross-sell to existing customers to drive activation.

• Facility Utilization: Manage fee collections and the issuance/utilization of trade finance facilities while mitigating credit risks.

• Customer Support & Training: Advise clients on deal structuring and train internal colleagues to expand the trade finance customer base.

• Planning & Reporting: Prepare business proposals, requirement documents, and performance reports for various bank stakeholders.

• Financial Performance: Monitor product performance to reduce costs and leakages while increasing the trade revenue base.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Trade Finance sales and operations.
