Job Purpose
To grow and retain client relationships within the Commercial Banking portfolio by executing segment and sector offerings, toolboxes, initiatives, and activities aimed at optimizing client experience and bank profitability.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience Required
Area: Relationship Banking (Client Coverage) – Business & Commercial Banking
Years of Experience: 5–7 years
Key Experience Requirements:
- Proven relationship management experience with customers at all levels.
- Strong product knowledge, including specialized banking products and complex financial structures.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Strong client financial analysis capability.
- Proven experience in preparing, motivating, and submitting Credit Applications (essential).
