Job Purpose: Responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive business growth through performance marketing, sales conversion, and data-driven decision-making. The role strengthens the brand’s footprint, optimizes customer acquisition, and ensures measurable ROI across all business lines.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaign Execution

Integrated Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and sales targets.

Conversion Journeys: Translate marketing and product plans into seamless conversion journeys for core products and services.

Lead Generation: Execute and optimize lead generation and sales campaigns across various platforms.

Funnel Management: Monitor conversion funnels, identify drop-off points, and implement improvements to drive activation.
Collaboration & Market Presence

Commercial Alignment: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Branch teams to align marketing traffic with physical conversions nationwide.

Market Visibility: Oversee SEO, SEM, and competitor monitoring to maintain top-tier brand visibility.

Creative Collaboration: Partner with content and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and compelling campaign assets.

Cross-functional Projects: Support special projects under short notice as required.
Management & Compliance

Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget effectively, tracking expenses to ensure year-round cost-effectiveness.

Relationship Management: Lead agency relationships and evaluate tools for automation, analytics, and reporting.

Supervision: Oversee performance officers to ensure strong execution, reporting, and insight generation.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with applicable company policies and national laws.
Requirements
Knowledge & Skills

Performance Marketing: Strong understanding of marketing analytics and campaign optimization.

Media & SEO: Knowledge of media buying, customer journey management, SEO, and SEM trends.

Tools: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, and Meta Insights.

Leadership: Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, or Research.

Experience: 4+ years of experience in performance marketing or sales.

Preferred Sectors: Experience in Banking, Fintech, Telecom, or E-commerce is highly preferred.

Proven Track Record: Experience managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable commercial impact.
