Role Purpose

You will be the lead authority at the station, responsible for the “three pillars” of fuel retail: Sales Growth, Operational Safety, and Financial Integrity. This role requires balancing technical fuel management with high-level retail customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Logistics

Fuel Management: Oversee deliveries, ensure fuel quality control, and monitor dip levels.
Stock Control: Manage inventory for the convenience store and ancillary services; place orders and minimize shrinkage.
Maintenance: Ensure the station remains clean, secure, and fully compliant with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

2. Financial Accountability

Cash Management: Handle all banking, daily reconciliations, and POS system oversight.
Reporting: Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for head office.

3. Team & Customer Leadership

Staffing: Manage schedules, performance reviews, and training for pump attendants and shop staff.
Service Excellence: Resolve customer complaints professionally and implement company operational procedures.

Experience	Proven experience in fuel station management or high-volume retail.
Technical Skills	Proficient in MS Office and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
Soft Skills	Strong leadership, financial literacy, and communication abilities.
Flexibility	Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
