Position Overview
The Senior/Zonal Regional Coordinator is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing zonal operations across multiple regions. As the regional business owner, this individual drives growth, manages profitability, and leads a team of Jaza Stars to ensure operational excellence and stakeholder engagement aligned with Jaza’s mission.
Roles and Responsibilities
Regional Growth and Profitability

Develop and execute quarterly and monthly plans to achieve a target of 130 active customers per hub.

Drive financial performance to reach ≥$455 monthly recurring revenue per site and an ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) > $2.8.

Manage regional profit and loss (P&L), optimize operational costs, and implement innovative growth strategies.
Operations and Inventory Management

Execute inventory management SOPs, maintaining missing packs at <2 per site and lost packs at 0 per site.

Oversee inventory overstock management and resolve service interruptions at the hub level promptly.

Coordinate with technical teams to ensure maximum hub uptime of 99.9%.
Team Leadership and Development

Recruit, onboard, train, and coach regional teams of Jaza Stars.

Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings to reinforce behaviors aligned with Jaza’s values.

Ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by leading by example.
Customer and Community Engagement

Oversee the customer service experience, ensuring prompt resolution of charging issues and complaints.

Build and sustain relationships with local government officials and community leaders to facilitate smooth regional operations.
Reporting and Planning

Prepare comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports covering growth, competitor analysis, and operational metrics.

Lead weekly planning sessions to set priorities and address operational gaps.

Represent the region in Country Execution meetings, providing data-driven insights on performance.
Qualifications and Experience

Professional Experience: Proven track record in regional operations, preferably within the energy or retail-based service sectors.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams, drive business growth, and optimize large-scale operations.

Analytical Skills: Strong planning, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Communication: Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to interact with both local communities and senior management.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in diverse environments and travel across different regions as required.
