Job Summary & Main Responsibilities

The role focuses on leading sales operations across the Coastal Region to drive revenue and ensure organizational alignment.

Implement effective sales strategies and lead personnel (Team leaders and agents) toward sales, PAR, and client base targets.
Execute strategic sales initiatives and drive revenue growth.
Expand growth in new markets, products, and services while building the existing customer base.

Oversee sales teams and ensure they are trained and mentored.
Manage the attrition rate of sales agents and Field Sales Team leaders through coordinated training.
Foster a culture of teamwork, employee empowerment, and commitment to company goals.

Carry out regular branch visits to ensure operations and performance meet company guidelines.
Ensure strict adherence to credit, collection, and compliance policies.
Safeguard regional assets (structures, equipment, inventory) and oversee efficient resource utilization.
Maintain positive business relationships and lead by example with high ethical standards.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a business-related field.
Experience: At least six (6) years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of three (3) years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Leadership: Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to lead by example.
Technical Skills: Proficient in market intelligence gathering, analysis, and professional report writing.
Communication: Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
