Job Summary & Main Responsibilities

The role focuses on leading sales operations across the Coastal Region to drive revenue and ensure organizational alignment.

Strategic Leadership

  • Implement effective sales strategies and lead personnel (Team leaders and agents) toward sales, PAR, and client base targets.

  • Execute strategic sales initiatives and drive revenue growth.

  • Expand growth in new markets, products, and services while building the existing customer base.

Team Management

  • Oversee sales teams and ensure they are trained and mentored.

  • Manage the attrition rate of sales agents and Field Sales Team leaders through coordinated training.

  • Foster a culture of teamwork, employee empowerment, and commitment to company goals.

Operations & Compliance

  • Carry out regular branch visits to ensure operations and performance meet company guidelines.

  • Ensure strict adherence to credit, collection, and compliance policies.

  • Safeguard regional assets (structures, equipment, inventory) and oversee efficient resource utilization.

  • Maintain positive business relationships and lead by example with high ethical standards.


Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a business-related field.

  • Experience: At least six (6) years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of three (3) years in a managerial or supervisory role.

  • Leadership: Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to lead by example.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in market intelligence gathering, analysis, and professional report writing.

  • Communication: Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
